COVID-19
Travel to Luxembourg
Heroes Cup is an international competition. This makes it impossible for us to communicate all details per country about COVID-19. That is why we have listed the most important points for you. We have also made a link to the official authorities per country available.
ATTENTION: the legislation in your country takes precedence over our information at all times. We ask you to strictly respect the law of your country.
Most relevant measures for travel from Belgium to Luxembourg (28 September 2020 – 6.30 pm):
The fact that Belgium has placed the Grand Duchy in the “red zone” means that any stay of MORE THAN 48 hours in Luxembourg entails the obligation to test and quarantine upon return to Belgium.
This means that if you do not stay in Luxembourg for more than 48 hours, you are not obliged to go into quarantine or take a test

Price changes
We, as an organization, must follow strict measures if we are to organize an event in times of Corona. Not only are there restrictions imposed by the National Security Council and government, but the venue that hires event halls has its own measures and regulations. In addition, we must also comply with IFBB International’s regulations.
This ensures that we can only use 1/3 of the hall capacity and need more people to comply with all regulations. We want to give our athletes the opportunity to be on the podium this year without compromising on the quality of the competition and prizes. This has ensured that we are obliged to raise prices. Please note: these prices will only be used during the Corona measures. As soon as we can organize in a normal way again, prices will drop again.
Attention: there will be limited places (sold out = sold out) and buying tickets on the spot is not possible. Do you want to come and have a look? Then order your tickets in time!
Limitation on number of athletes and coaches
Due to the social distancing measures, we cannot organize at full capacity. The figures are checked and recalculated in consultation with the competent services. At this moment we can not provide the deadline of the registration date or the maximum number of athletes and coaches. It is already known that backstage is mandatory to wear a mask. Don’t have a mouth mask yet? You can buy them at our partner Sports Wear Station. Keep following us on social media and follow all updates.
Limitation on audience
The measures related to social distancing also have an influence on the number of admitted public. There too, a limit is imposed on the number of spectators admitted. We hope to be able to announce how many people we can admit in the audience soon. Do you want to be sure that you can come and see your favorite athlete?
Then order your ticket today! SOLD OUT = SOLD OUT
Everyone in the audience should wear a mouth mask at all times. Don’t have a mouth mask yet? You can purchase them from our partner Sports Wear Station. Also on site you will be able to purchase a mask. Keep following us on social media and follow all updates.
Keep 2m distance or wear a mask!
Other measures apply in Luxembourg than in Belgium. 2m social distancing should be used in Luxembourg, while in Belgium it is 1.5m. Take these measures into account. If no 2m can be used, you must wear a mouth mask. You can purchase a mouth mask in advance via our partner ==> Sports Wear Station. It will also be possible to purchase mouth masks on the spot. Protect yourself and your environment.
